All services are subject to availability, project evaluation, applicable
permits, and written project agreements where required.
2. Quotes & Estimates
Estimates and quotations provided through our website or consultations are
based on the information available at the time of preparation.
Final project pricing may change if project scope, material selections,
site conditions, or customer requirements change.
Written proposals remain valid for the period stated in the estimate
unless otherwise specified.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate project information.
- Ensure safe access to the property.
- Obtain homeowner or HOA approvals when required.
- Remove valuable or fragile personal belongings from work areas.
- Provide timely decisions regarding materials and design selections.
- Comply with scheduled project timelines and inspections.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement or invoice.
Depending on the project size, deposits, milestone payments, and final
payments may be required.
Accepted payment methods may include:

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest as permitted

5. Scheduling & Project Delays
Project schedules are estimates and may be affected by weather,
permitting delays, supply chain issues, labor availability, inspections,
or unforeseen site conditions.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant delays and
provide updated schedules whenever possible.
6. Cancellations
Customers may cancel consultations or scheduled services by providing
advance notice. Deposits for custom materials, special orders, permits,
or completed work may be non-refundable as specified in the project
agreement.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe
conditions, severe weather, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond
our reasonable control.
7. Warranty
Warranty coverage for workmanship and installed products will be provided
according to the written project agreement and applicable manufacturer
warranties.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from misuse,
neglect, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, accidents,
improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs,
project images, designs, videos, icons, and other materials, is owned by
House Hold Upgrade or its licensors and is protected by applicable United
States intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior
written permission.
9. User Conduct
